Rice
Hey Lao folks, Did your parents ever taught you to never throw away your rice or else you are going to be “baap” ? When I see people who does that, it hurts so much inside of me. And I’ve actually seen Lao people do it. If you are not going to eat all your rice and that it is always the same situation every dinner, why don’t you take smaller portions of rice? As we always hear, your eyes only see bigger than what your stomach really want. Anyway, as for me, I have always eaten all my rice to the last bit.
